Con Statement

@ User:KOR_dolmok331, can you please clarify your last con added: "Deficient climbing rate to have an altitude advantage in its BR"? Is this statement referencing that the aircraft has a poor climb rate and cannot typically get an altitude advantage against contemporary aircraft?
