Yes but you can't deny there is at least an inspiration of design to say the least or are we saying that China never followed other design for their own vehicles ? It's quite disrespectful and dishonest if you don't allow at least to make an hint the WZ551 chassis was inspired by the VAB as in all sources you gave the VAB is cited. --NurflugelHo229V2 (talk) 21:52, 26 October 2021 (UTC)

The VAB is cited to explain it has no paternity over the WZ-551. Look at 3D models of both vehicle fronts and you'll see that they differ greatly. All wheeled APCs from that period look the same: BTR-80, Patria Pasi, M93 Fox. --Colok76286 (talk) 14:18, 27 October 2021 (UTC)
