how does it have "average" fire rate

This probably referred to fire rate between heavy and artillery tanks. 17 seconds base is long for people used to panthers or something like that, but it is in fact standard for artillery tanks between many nations. Some have faster (like japanese artillery having 10 seconds autoloader) or longer (fv4005 and G6 fill similar role on same BR with longer reloads). --U42773747 (talk) 16:49, 24 May 2024 (UTC)
