Introducing Wiki 3.0

Thunder Show is a series of video produced by the War Thunder YouTube Community focusing on player highlights in the game.

Summary

Every week since the 22 April 2016 on Friday, the War Thunder Youtube Channel releases a video consisting of highlight clips handpicked by the creators. One clip of the many sent by the War Thunder community will be picked for each of the following categories:

  • The Funniest Video
  • The Best Fail
  • The Most Epic
  • The Most Original

The winning submission in each category earns 5,000 Golden Eagles as a prize. Alongside the videos, every video after the first one also picks a top YouTube comment on the previous video, and the winner of that will earn 1,000 Golden Eagles as a prize.

Exceptions

The series also states that if they receive a huge quantity of video in one specific category, they may do a highlight of just that category. The first video of such deviation from the original format is in the 16th episode The Golden Rule where the "Funniest Video" category was replaced by "The Coolest Fragmovie". The next one was in Schräge Musik when it replaced the "Best Fail" category.

How to submit your clip to the show

The instructions on how to submit a video are told at the end of every show, but here are the steps:

  1. Record and put together a video with a maximum of 3 minutes length, which corresponds to one of the four categories mentioned earlier. ATTENTION: The submitted video must be made by you, must be published for the first time, visible and must not violate any copyright laws.
  2. Subscribe to the War Thunder Youtube Channel and hit the "Like" button of their most recent Thunder Show video.
  3. Upload your video to Youtube and send a direct link to ThunderShow@Gaijin.ru. The covering email should contain the desired category for your video, your in-game nickname and the email address registered with your game account, so the reward can be sent to you should your submission win!
