This tank is supposed to be the "Premium Vehicle" but is actually the worst M13/40 available.
I bought it because it previously had a faster reload time of 3.8 → 2.9 seconds but that was recently changed to 6.5 → 5.0 seconds, the same as the other M13/40 tanks.
It has the worst turret traverse of the M13/40 family of vehicles.
