At it's BR, the long 88 can destroy most vehicles without much aiming required and most enemy's shots will bounce of your armor. This makes pushing into contested areas much easier. A good Jagdpanther player can get a few kills while camping from one spot, a great Jagdpanther player can change the course of the game by being aggressive. This should be done by players who have good map knowledge and experience.
