The '''AN/APG-26''' is an American [[Airborne Radars|airborne target tracking radar]]. In game it is found fitted to high tier American, British and Japanese aircraft, in conjunction with the [[AN/APS-21]] target detection (search) radar.

==General info / usage==


The AN/APG-26 is a target tracking radar so can lock onto targets providing the layer with ranging and closing speed information. It can also provide a firing lead indicator allowing for accurate firing of the player's gun. The radar can lock onto targets at a range of only 4 km, so the AN/APS-21 should be used to detect targets at longer ranges
