Refrain from creating a "guide" - do not impose a single point of view but give the reader food for thought. Examine the most dangerous enemies and give recommendations on fighting them. If necessary, note the specifics of the game in different modes (AB, RB, SB).''-->
The 633's light bomb load (when compared to the Farman monsters that preceded it) makes this aircraft much more dependent on skill when dropping ordnance. When facing light vehicles, the 8x50kg load is particularly useful, allowing you to tag along with the larger bombers and clean up after their pass. Use the 7.5mm MG in the nose to clean up any stray SPAA trucks in your path... a short burst will usually be rewarded with a kill. Use the bombs on anything else that moves.

The 633 is also not as agile as other twin-engine aircraft its size, avoid turn fighting no matter how tempting. Just make a quick snapshot at passing fighters as they cross your path and keep moving to your next target. Keep an eye on your six, the rear gunner with the 7.5 mm MAC machinegun may deter lighter aircraft like Reserve fighters, but any rank II fighter which winds up on your tail usually means a one-way ticket to the ground in a heap unless a teammate is nearby who can help.
'''Pros:'''

* Has offensive armament unlike most other bombers
* Relatively tough due to very slim airframe, deflects bullets easily from behind

'''Cons:'''

* Meager defensive and offensive armament
* Poor bomb load
* Both of the above two points makes it difficult to do much damage with this aircraft.
* Poor manoeuvrability
* Dorsal gunner has a limited range of motion

The Potez 633 was one of the numerous derivatives of the Potez 63. It was a light bomber, and it had a two-man crew: a pilot and a rear gunner. A contract for the production of 115 aircraft was awarded to SNCAN by the French Air Force. In 1938 though, it was decided that the light bombers had to have a crew of three, and the contract was cancelled. Nevertheless, the Potez 633 was offered for export with some success: Greece bought twenty-four aircraft, China bought four, Romania ordered forty and the Swiss air force bought one.

The Munich crisis showed that the French army lacked modern equipment and export war material deliveries were embargoed by the French government in June 1939. The Potez 633 built for export and not yet delivered to their customers were transferred to the French air force. These aircraft were used by ground attack units for pilot training until better aircraft could replace them.

In May 1940, at the moment of the German attack some ground attack units were still equipped with the Potez 633. These aircraft attacked the German columns, suffering heavy losses due to both enemy fighters patrolling the area and anti-aircraft fire from below.

Only thirteen Potez 633s were delivered to the Greek air force before the embargo. They accomplished reconnaissance missions over Albania during the Italian invasion, a few aircraft being downed by Italian fighters. Ultimately, all the remaining Potez were destroyed during the German invasion of Greece.

A total of twenty Potez 633s were delivered to Romania before the June 1939 embargo. These aircraft were reinforced by nine others handed over by Vichy France in 1941. They started their combat operations the day of the Romanian declaration of war to the USSR, in June 1941. The Potez 633s supported the Romanian ground forces, notably during the siege of Odessa and the battle of Stalingrad. In December 1942, the remaining aircraft returned to Romania, and they finished their careers as trainer aircraft for pilots training to be night fighters.
The '''{{Specs|name}}''' is a rank {{Specs|rank}} Italian bomber {{Battle-rating}}. It was introduced in [[Update 1.69 "Regia Aeronautica"]] alongside the initial Italian aviation tree.

The BR.20 has a superb bomb load and is quite strong, being able to soak up a bit more damage than other comparable bombers. The defensive armament has excellent coverage, however the dorsal gunner is quite exposed and commonly gets hit in combat. It not only looks but also flies like a brick, this is a very slow plane and in Arcade and Realistic battles, because these game modes are so short, by the time you reach your bombing target the match may already be almost over! The BR.20 is still however quite a treat to fly and is stable and well suited to Simulator.

Another very interesting strategy the BR.20 DR is capable of is ironically, attacking other bombers. When the top & front gunner are pointed forward, the combined firepower of three 7.7 machineguns makes for a nasty surprise, especially if loaded with the AP-I belt!
If the novice player does not remember the vehicle by name, they will immediately understand what kind of vehicle it is talking about.''-->
The '''{{PAGENAME}}''' is a Rank {{Specs|rank}} premium German heavy tank {{Battle-rating|1}}. This vehicle was introduced in [[Update 1.55 "Royal Armour"]].

The Pz.Kpfw. Churchill is a German captured [[Churchill Mk III]] in the German tech tree, it has virtually no differences to its British tech-tree counterpart, other than being painted grey (with the same tone as the Panzer IV and Panzer III).

The Pz.Kpfw. Churchill is one of the best heavy tanks in rank III, sporting heavy frontal armour, a 6 pounder gun that is suitable for its rank, and 30 smoke grenades that are fired separately from the roof, great for covering great areas with smoke. The Churchill also has great gun depression and turret traverse, meaning it can fire at different targets very efficiently.

There are very few enemies which can successfully penetrate the Churchill, the [[M10 GMC|M10]] and the [[Achilles]] can quickly take care of this vehicle even at long ranges! Other tanks like the [[Jagdpanzer IV]], the [[Jagdpanzer 38(t)]], and the [[Dicker Max]] can also make quick work of the Churchill, but only in arcade battles, as in realistic battles, they all belong in the same tree.

This vehicle has a few weaknesses which are important to be aware of before charging into battle. First is low acceleration with a maximum speed of only 24.9 km/h, so it’s merely jogging speed as opposed to charging. The tank is also very bulky, difficult to manoeuvre, and is also a large target. Combine those weaknesses with thin roof armour and this tank becomes the perfect prey for fighter-bombers and rocket attacks. The side armour is not as strong as it’s frontal armour, meaning it is vulnerable to flanking.

== General info ==
=== Survivability and armour ===
''Describe armour protection. Note the most well protected and key weak areas. Appreciate the layout of modules as well as the number and location of crew members. Is the level of armour protection sufficient, is the placement of modules helpful for survival in combat?''

''If necessary use a visual template to indicate the most secure and weak zones of the armour.''

=== Mobility ===
''Write about the mobility of the ground vehicle. Estimate the specific power and manoeuvrability as well as the maximum speed forward and backwards.''

== Armaments ==
=== Main armament ===
''Give the reader information about the characteristics of the main gun. Assess its effectiveness in a battle based on the reloading speed, ballistics and the power of shells. Do not forget about the flexibility of the fire, that is how quickly the cannon can be aimed at the target, open fire on it and aim at another enemy. Add a link to the main article on the gun: <code><nowiki>{{main|Name of the weapon}}</nowiki></code>. Describe in general terms the ammunition available for the main gun. Give advice on how to use them and how to fill the ammunition storage.''

=== Additional armament ===
''Some tanks are armed with several guns in one or more turrets. Evaluate the additional weaponry and give advice on its use. Describe the ammunition available for additional weaponry. Give advice on how to use them and how to fill the ammunition storage. If there is no additional weaponry remove this subsection.''

=== Machine guns ===
''Offensive and anti-aircraft machine guns not only allow you to fight some aircraft but also are effective against lightly armoured vehicles. Evaluate machine guns and give recommendations on its use.''

== Usage in the battles ==
<!--''Describe the tactics of playing in the vehicle, the features of using vehicles in the team and advice on tactics. Refrain from creating a "guide" - do not impose a single point of view but give the reader food for thought. Describe the most dangerous enemies and give recommendations on fighting them. If necessary, note the specifics of the game in different modes (AB, RB, SB).''-->
Like it’s British counterpart, the Churchill can be used as a very efficient brawler with its excellent turret traverse and gun depression, combined with its heavy frontal armour. Though in urban environments, you should be careful in case someone tries to flank your weak side and rear armour.

If you are not in an up-tiered situation, you can effectively enter a battle and absorb all the enemy rounds which could’ve been fired at your weaker teammates and either engage the enemy with your 57 mm cannon or let your teammates return fire. Companion vehicles such as the [[Pz.IV F2|Panzer IV F2]], "[[8,8 cm Flak 37 Sfl.|Flakbus]]" and other German vehicles possess superior firepower compared to the other country vehicles in rank III (Except for other special TD’s, such as the American [[M10 GMC|M10]] and British [[Achilles]]) and can in most cases hold their own.

=== Pros and cons ===
<!--'Summarize and briefly evaluate the vehicle in terms of its characteristics and combat effectiveness. Mark its pros and cons in a bulleted list. Do not use more than 6 points for each of the characteristics. Avoid using categorical definitions such as "bad", "good" and the like - they have a substitution in the form of softer "inadequate", "effective".''-->
'''Pros:'''

* Long, tough hull is easily angled
* 90mm turret armor is effective at medium & long range
* Large tracks can absorb shells fired at the side
* Fast turret traverse; easy to engage people without turning
* 57mm gun reloads quickly with good penetration
* Premium tank, earns more rewards after a match
* Less enemies that can kill you in RB and SB, as you are in the German tree
* Slow speed makes it easy to hit enemies after a short stop
* 30 individually fired smoke grenades, great for covering points and areas with smoke

*

'''Cons:'''

* Large target; easily spotted by bombers/fighter-bombers
* Very poor speed, both forward and backward
* Unangled armor fares poorly at close ranges
* Lack of camouflage; only Urban grey and Winter Camo
* Machine gun port is only 50mm
* Roof armour is very thin
* Engine mostly affected when hit from the side or turret
* Large tracks are vulnerable to damage

*

{{break}}
The '''{{specs|name}}''' (100 mm Lorraine assault gun), or abbreviated '''{{specs|pseudonym}}''', is a Rank {{specs|rank}} French tank destroyer {{Battle-rating}}. It was introduced in [[Update 1.75 "La Résistance"]]. It presents a very classic TD design: Casemate gun platform and powerful armament. While lacking in terms of armour, it compensates with both excellent mobility and a very strong gun.

The CA Lorraine is an intermediate between a [[SU-85]] and a lowered [[Jagdpanther|Jagdpanther]]. It is distinguishable for having rubber road wheels instead of metal ones, two huge fans atop the engine deck (much like the German Jagdpanther), a very pointy gun mantlet pointing outwards from the casemate and quite a large, rounded commander's cupola. In some ways, it is quite similar to the fearsome [[AMX-50 Foch|AMX 50 ''Foch'']], and this can scare away some cowardly foes.

== General info ==
=== Survivability and armour ===
<!--''Describe armour protection. Note the most well protected and key weak areas. Appreciate the layout of modules as well as the number and location of crew members. Is the level of armour protection sufficient, is the placement of modules helpful for survival in combat?''

''If necessary use a visual template to indicate the most secure and weak zones of the armour.''-->
Its sloped, medium thickness frontal armour will not protect you from anything bigger than SPAA shots (some may even get through in close quarters) ''but'' it is certainly sufficient for what it is designed to do: protecting from stray bullets in long range engagements. Side and top armour are also quite weak, so don't expect to survive any kind of surprise coming from side or top. Still, this tank has 5 crew members, which can often save it from a (too) quick death.

'''Armour type:'''

* Rolled homogeneous armour (Casemate hull)
* Cast homogeneous armour (Gun mantlet, Driver's hatch)
=== Mobility ===
<!--''Write about the mobility of the ground vehicle. Estimate the specific power and manoeuvrability, as well as the maximum speed forwards and backwards.''-->
If anyone thought the [[Lorraine 40t]] was a sprinter, this is even better. The CA Lorraine is ''fast''. Not only in forward motion is it fast, it can retreat at a decent, constant, -16 km/h and it has ability to neutral steer, these enable fast reaction to quickly changing battlefield odds such as flanking maneuvers or enemy breakthrough. An experienced player can take clear advantage over its foes by achieving good placement and this tank is the perfect tool for this task.
=== Main armament ===
<!--''Give the reader information about the characteristics of the main gun. Assess its effectiveness in a battle based on the reloading speed, ballistics and the power of shells. {{main|SA47 L/58 (100 mm)}}

This gun platform uses the usual French rank IV 100 mm SA47 L/58 cannon with a twist: it has no autoloader mechanism, hence making reload time ''twice'' as long. However, at battle rating 6.3, the gun packs an awesome 300mm of penetration that ensures it can punch well above its own tier. The large shell caliber also means it can create quite a lot of fragments inside a tank, making the lack of explosive filler not so bad, as long as you land a good hit.

Keep that in mind as your foes get closer and closer to you: these precious 15 seconds of reload time are the perfect time to intent a frontal attack, even more so since you don't have automatic firepower of any form. Always have a backup plan, in case your single shot doesn't fully disable your target.
This tank sits with confidence at BR 6.3 as a regular tank destroyer. There is nothing very special to it, but it performs good in most situations. Use your good mobility to take a competitive spot and ''reposition'' every now and then : once you get spotted, it is already too late. Hopefully, this tank's excellent mobility and ''neutral steering'' will make your day easier.

Use this tank as a classic tank destroyer while enjoying its great mobility. Any good move with a casemate TD is a good move with this tank.
'''Pros:'''

* Good firepower, uses the same gun as [[AMX-50|AMX-50-100]] and [[Lorraine 40t]]
* Very good penetration, definitely usable in uptiered games
* Exceptionally fast reverse speed
* Fairly low profile
* Capable of neutral steering
* Strong gun mantlet may bounce shots
* Fast with very good maneuverability

'''Cons:'''

* Weak armor all around
* Engines and fuel tanks only have 8mm armor, very vulnerable from above
* Reload rate is not impressive
* Poor gun depression (-6)
* No HE filler in AP shots means precision is necessary
* No coaxial MG
* Low gun placement
* Somewhat weak optic zoom
* Large ammo racks on both sides of the hull

{{break}}
The '''{{Specs|name}}''' is a Rank {{Specs|rank}} Japanese tank destroyer {{Battle-rating}}. It was introduced along with the entire Japanese Ground Forces tree in [[Update 1.65 "Way of the Samurai"]]. It handles and plays very similarly to the Ho-Ni I before it, but has been refined with the addition of more crew, a faster reload time, and most importantly, armor around the gun crew. However, it pays a slight cost of reduced top speed.

It features a virtually identical 75mm gun as on the previous Ho-Ni I, still being a great cannon, even with a slightly higher battle rating. With the addition of two dedicated loaders, the gun also gets almost a second cut down on its reload time, making it capable of even more destruction.

Having 25mm of armor coverage around the entire gun crew, the Ho-Ni III no longer needs to fear artillery shrapnel or strafing runs from fighter aircraft. Do note however that it's still vulnerable to bombs, rockets and artillery hits!

However, if the Ho-Ni III takes a hit, it is now much more likely to survive with more crew, as three of them must be knocked out for it to be inoperable.

Another small armor increase is seen on the front of the tank, with the driver and radio station protected with another 10mm of armor, leaving it at still a poor 35mm.

The only drawback of the Ho-Ni III compared to its previous version, is that the tank has a slight decrease in top speed. On flat grass, it reaches a top speed of 32km/h, compared to the Ho-Ni I's top speed of 36km/h.
Try not to use more than 6 points for each of the characteristics. '''Pros:'''

* Effective 75mm gun with APHE can penetrate all enemies at its rank
* Fully enclosed crew compartment = better protection from strafing airplanes

* Thin armour; close-quarters fighting is not advised
* No coaxial machine gun to use against airplanes or GAZ trucks.
In the second part, tell the reader about the ground vehicle in the game. Insert the screenshot of the vehicle. [[File:GarageImage_{{PAGENAME}}.jpg|420px|thumb|left]]
{{break}}
The '''{{specs|name}}''' is a Rank {{specs|rank}} Japanese tank destroyer {{Battle-rating}}. It was introduced along with the entire Japanese Ground Forces tree in [[Update 1.65 "Way of the Samurai"]].

Similar in appearance to the Ho-Ro before it, it changes out the 150mm artillery cannon for a more traditional high-velocity gun, being one of the most powerful ones at its tier.

However, with no turret and very bad armor protection, it demands caution and patience, in exchange for being able to smash through even the heaviest tanks it faces.

'''Mobility''':

The Ho-Ni I is based off the Chi-Ha chassis, which Japanese ground forces will be familiar with since it is featured on other Japanese early tanks: [[Chi-Ha]],[[Chi-Ha Kai]], [[Ho-Ro]] and [[Ho-Ni III]].

Thus, it has a fairly good level of mobility, reaching a peak speed of 36 km/h on flat grass in Realistic, with a theoretical maximum of 40km/h. It also has a quite good traverse rate, both on the hull and the gun, performing a full 360 degree rotation from a stop in about 16 seconds.

'''Firepower''':

Packing a high-velocity 75mm Type 90 Cannon, the Ho-Ni I has a serious amount of firepower at BR 2.0.

Its Type 1 APHE shell has up to 100mm of armor penetration, which is the second best of tank destroyers at its tier, only beaten by the Soviet ZiS-30, and being very closely followed by the American M3 GMC.

However, a cannon this big does come with two drawbacks; being that it has a fairly long reload time of 7.8 seconds, and no turret, meaning it can only aim in an arc in front of you. Thus, it is important that you make sure your shot lands, and that you are well aware of your surroundings, so that you do not end up wasting precious time turning your entire hull towards an enemy.

The Ho-Ni I does also not feature any machine guns, which leaves it unable to fight back against enemy aircraft or uncovered vehicles.

'''Armour''':

The Ho-Ni I's excellent firepower and good mobility is balanced out by its very poor armor protection. The front of the hull is covered in unsloped 25mm plates, which is only sufficient to protect the tank from machinegun rounds.

In addition, the gun compartment of the tank is uncovered, leaving the gunner and commander extremely vulnerable to artillery, machine guns, and aircraft attack. As the tank only has three crew members, the death of two of them will leave the vehicle unoperable. Be sure to immediately retreat away from any artillery, preferably with your front facing the area being attacked, in order to protect the crew.

It is also important to try not to arouse the attention of enemy aircraft, as the open design means that any fighter plane can easily kill you in a single strafe. With no machine gun, it does not have any means of fighting back against them either, so stay in the shadows!

== General info ==
=== Survivability and armour ===
<!--''Describe armour protection. Note the most well protected and key weak areas. Appreciate the layout of modules as well as the number and location of crew members. Is the level of armour protection sufficient, is the placement of modules helpfull for survival in combat?''

''If necessary use a visual template to indicate the most secure and weak zones of the armour.''-->
The Ho-Ni I should be played like most open crew compartment, fixed gun tank destroyers, fighting from a distance from the front-lines and delivering support fire. The thin armour means the Ho-Ni I will not survive a direct confrontation with any enemy tank and will require the vehicle to obtain the fighting advantage of being able to target the enemy first to ensure any chance of victory. The Ho-Ni I should also be wary of enemy aerial attacks as the open compartment and three-man crew means that an accurate strafing fire could potentially knock out the entire crew.

At its battle rating, the worst the Ho-Ni I could face are the German [[Pz.IV E]] and British [[Cromwell V]] and [[Matilda Mk II]]. The two medium tanks have sufficient armour to withstand the 75 mm gun while the Matilda II requires precise shot in order to destroy it frontally. All of these tanks have guns able to shred the Ho-Ni I apart if they could get a bead on the it.

=== Pros and cons ===
<!--''Summarize and briefly evaluate the vehicle in terms of its characteristics and combat effectiveness. Mark its pros and cons in a bulleted list. Do not use more than 6 points for each of the characteristics. Avoid using categorical definitions such as "bad", "good" and the like - they have a substitution in the form of softer "inadequate", "effective".''-->
'''Pros:'''

* 75 mm cannon is great, reloads fast and causes massive damages upon penetration.
* Very low BR, has a good chance of being matched with lower BR tanks.
* While at the same time will be able to match enemies on and above it's BR rather equally.
* Mobility is decent due to being built on a Chi-Ha chassis.
* Gun is able to effectively penetrate all tanks frontally from BR 1.0 to 3.0.
* Similar play style as the German Marder with better gun depression.
* Good gun traverse speed
* Powerfull HE shell (11 mm of penetration)
* Has smoke shells

'''Cons:'''

* Tall profile.
* Overall armour is thin.
* Poor cross country performance due to narrow tracks.
* Exposed crew space makes it vulnerable to air attacks.
* Reverse speed is abysmal.
* Only two types of shell.
* Only 3 crew member.
* Rather small traverse angle

== History ==
<!--''Describe the history of the creation and combat usage of the ground vehicle in more detail than in the introduction. Be sure to include links to sources at the end of the article.''-->
The creation of their own independent armoured division had Japan also envision an enlargement of their artillery forces. They decided to build a series of assault guns based off the [[Chi-Ha|Type 97 Chi-Ha]] chassis. One of the first of these design was the '''Ho-Ni I''' which had the Type 97 chassis fitted with a 75 mm Type 90 field gun.<ref name="ZalogaJapaneseTank">Zaloga Steven. [[File:GarageImage_{{PAGENAME}}.jpg|420px|thumb|left]]
{{break}}

=== Pros and cons ===

* Good gun traverse speed
* Powerfull HE shell (11 mm of penetration)
* Has smoke shells

'''Cons:'''

* Tall profile.
* Overall armour is thin.
* Poor cross country performance due to narrow tracks.
* Exposed crew space makes it vulnerable to air attacks.
* Reverse speed is abysmal.
* Only two types of shell.
* Only 3 crew member.
* Rather small traverse angle

== History ==
<!--''Describe the history of the creation and combat usage of the ground vehicle in more detail than in the introduction. If the historical reference turns out to be too big, take it to a separate article, taking a link to an article about the vehicle and adding a block "/historical reference" (example: https://wiki.warthunder.com/Name-vehicles/historical reference) and add a link to it here using the <code>main</code> template.
