Description
<!-- In the description, the first part should be about the history of the creation and combat usage of the vehicle, as well as its key features. In the second part, tell the reader about the ground vehicle in the game. Insert a screenshot of the vehicle, so that if the novice player does not remember the vehicle by name, he will immediately understand what kind of vehicle the article is talking about. -->
The name is a premium gift rank rank German light tank Battle-rating. It was introduced in Update "La Royale" as a reward for Battle Pass: Season XII, "Armour Breaking Ambusher".

The SPz 12-3 LGS is a German Infantry Fighting Vehicle which is known to be the World's First Purpose-built Infantry Fighting Vehicles.

Similar in role and functionality to the German Marder A1- Although was introduced into service earlier than the Marder. Equipped with MK20-1 20mm autocannon and a 106mm M40A1 recoilless rifle. Which allow the SPz 12-3 LGS to tackle light vehicles and heavier vehicles with great efficiency and allow players to utilize tactics unique only to this vehicle when compare to similar German vehicles.

General info
Survivability and armour
Specs-Tank-Armour
<!-- Describe armour protection. Note the most well protected and key weak areas. Appreciate the layout of modules as well as the number and location of crew members. Is the level of armour protection sufficient, is the placement of modules helpful for survival in combat? If necessary use a visual template to indicate the most secure and weak zones of the armour. -->
The protection of the SPz is poor, even for that of a light tank. The armour is scarcely sufficient to defend itself against heavy machine gun fire, with the majority of the hull and portions of the turret easily ripped to shreds. However, the poor armour protection can sometimes be a benefit, with rounds capable of passing through one side and out the other if lucky enough.

The SPz 12-3's crew compartment is a bit strange in terms of layout, with 3 of the crew being cramped together in the nose of the vehicle near the turret and the other two being fairly separated from the pack. This can allow for players in this vehicle to take a hit and survive, with crew often able to simply change positions, provided the vehicle does not explode from its ammo storage being essentially all over the vehicle.

The one redeeming quality in terms of survivability this vehicle has is its extremely small stature. This enables the SPz to very easily hide behind objects that would otherwise be of little use to its larger counterparts, and even operate its gun from behind appropriately sized obstacles with no risk of being destroyed, as the recoilless rifle sits well above the squishy body of this light tank.

Mobility
The SPz 12-3 LGS is decently mobile with somewhat average power-to-weight ratio. It is able to get up to 56 km/h forward and 13 km/h backward on road. The maximum speed off-road can average at 40-45km/h which is still decently mobile for it's class as a light tank. Although not as mobile as other contemporary light tank, this speed still allow you to reach advantageous position quickly in the map.Specs-Tank-Mobility
Ammunition
The Spz 12-3 LGS use the same (106 mm) recoilless rifle as widely used by multiple NATO countries, Players can utilize either M344A1 or M361A1 as their primary ammunition. The M344A1 are shaped charge ammunition with high penetration. This is sufficient to go through anything it face at it's BR, However the damage can be mediocre as the jet travel in straight line inside the vehicle. On the other hand, M361A1 are High explosive squash head round. The penetration may look disappointing when compare to the M344A1 but the main ability of M361A1 lies within it's ability to ignore angled armor which can be useful at time. However, when M361A1 came into contact with spaced armor they will do no damage because of the rounds mechanism. Both rounds are chemical energy ammunition with low fuse sensitivity, this mean the rounds can explode early if come into contact with objects such as fences, bushes or trees. Players should take care when aiming. This also mean ERA will be able to resist it and spaced armor will be able to reduce it's effectiveness. However, the former are rare while the latter are not common at this BR. Both rounds also have low muzzle velocity at 503m/s and 498m/s. Sniping at long distance can be a problem and should be avoided due to poor muzzle velocity.
* This rack is also emptied early: the rack depletion order at full capacity is: 3 - 1 - 2.
Ammunition
The SPz 12-3 LGS is also armed with a secondary autocannon, The MK20-1 (20 mm). It's similar to the Marder's Rh202 autocannon being the direct predecessor of it. Because of this, it's got a high firerate able to shred light vehicles and alike. The MK20 came with 2 belts, DM51A1 and DM43. Your primary belt should be DM43 as it's contain 3 HVAP rounds with 1 HEI-T in the belt. While DM51A1 can be used to destroy extremely light or open-top vehicle due to 3 HEI-T rounds in the belt. Technically, players are also able to utilize the MK20 to shoot at low-flying aircraft however this should be avoided due to the poor vertical traverse and poor turret rotation speed the gun have.
Machine guns
The SPz 12-3 LGS is also equipped with a Spotting machine gun attached to the recoilless rifle. This however, doesn't have much use in both offensive capability and for it's actual uses. You can always rangefind with your crew and you already have an autocannon for offensive capability.3
<!-- Describe the tactics of playing in the vehicle, the features of using vehicles in the team and advice on tactics. Refrain from creating a "guide" - do not impose a single point of view but instead give the reader food for thought. Describe the most dangerous enemies and give recommendations on fighting them. If necessary, note the specifics of the game in different modes (AB, RB, SB). -->
In this vehicle, every other vehicle is a major threat to your existence. Cover, concealment, scouting, and striking first are essential if you want to effectively use this vehicle. Although it may be small and pack a punch like its Italian cousin, the FIAT 6614, you will not be able to speed across the map and take up positions quickly. Lying in wait, traveling beneath cover, and striking from the sides will get you the most success. The recoilless rifle mounted on this vehicle will afford you some amount of leeway in terms of shot placement, but be aware that the drop on projectiles is quite significant, and ranging may be necessary if you are not familiar with the shot arc, even at relatively close ranges.

It is a good idea to familiarize yourself with roof height obstacles and terrain. These will afford you useful positions to occupy and fire from as your weapon sits high above the roof and can expose itself worry-free as the rest of your tank sits behind these objects.

Pros and cons
Pros:

* 106mm recoilless rifle with rounds that have high penetration, able to go through most vehicles at this BR.
* Decently mobile, while not as fast as contemporary light tank such as the FIAT 6614. You will be able to reach your position within few minutes of the match.
* 20mm MK20 autocannon will shred and destroy lightly armored vehicles of any type with it's firerate. The autocannon can also be used to quickly shred cannon, tracks and such.
* The 106mm recoilless rifle is lifted high above the vehicle, combine this with the vehicle's small size. Which allow the vehicle to utilize position that can cover the entire the vehicle while letting the gun sticking out. Allowing you to be really difficult to take out.
* Mediocre survivability by having 5 crew members which are also decently spaced. If shot from the side by kinetic energy shell it is possible to survive.

*

Cons:

* Poor armor, getting hit by chemical energy shells of any type will instantly overpressure your vehicle. It is also extremely vulnerable to aircraft or machine gun fire from the side.
* The 20mm MK20 have poor turret traverse speed and horizontal traverse, combating aircraft with it can be difficult.
* The 106mm recoilless rifle rounds have poor muzzle velocity, sniping can be difficult or entirely out of question on some map.
* 106mm recoilless rifle rounds only have chemical energy shells, fences and trees can trigger the rounds early and ERA/Spaced armor can reduce the rounds effectiveness.
* Spotting gun can be useful if the player know how to effectively utilize it, Otherwise it is useless when the vehicle already have an autocannon.

*

The name is a rank rank American heavy tank Battle-rating. It was introduced in Update "Ground Breaking".

It is a American assault tank intended to be used like M4A3E2. It is based on the M26 Pershing, uses the same 90 mm M3 gun but has additional armour on the front and the turret. Therefore, the T26E5 is able to effectively combat late World war II vehicles with greater efficiency compared to its predecessors.

The frontal armour is quite strong, able to resist common weapons such as the 7,5 cm KwK 42 and the 8,8 cm Kwk 43 if angled properly. A notable weak spot on the front glacis is the machine gun port but it is a small target difficult to hit with precision. The other notable weak spot is the lower front plate. With a relatively thin lower glacis, it is not able to absorb rounds from most guns, and there is no transmission to absorb a penetrating shell. However, the side armour can protect you to a certain degree when angled.

The turret armour is strong, consisting of variable thickness armour ranging from 150 to 300 mm thickness, with the mantlet ranging from about 100 to 200 mm of protection. A notable weakness in the turret is the first stage ammo, stowed on the left side of the turret, protected by about 170 mm of armour, plus 20 mm from an added track segment. Any penetrating shell hitting the turret from this side will most likely knock out all of your crew members in the turret as well as detonate the first-stage ammo rack.

The cupola with only 76 mm thickness can be penetrated by an APHE shell, taking out your gunner and commander, however the cupola is small in size, and is not an easy shot to make.

Survivability is about average for a tank of this type. You have 5 crew members, which is standard for US tanks at this time, but the turret is cramped, and a well placed shot can destroy the tank entirely if said round has an explosive filler.

Additionally, this tank only has 25 mm of protection on the roof, making it vulnerable to attacking aircraft with heavier ground focused weapons.

Mobility
Specs-Tank-Mobility
<!-- Write about the mobility of the ground vehicle. Estimate the specific power and manoeuvrability, as well as the maximum speed forwards and backwards. -->
The T26E5 use the same engine as the M26 Pershing. It has a poor power-to-weight ratio and its top speed is 40-43 km/h. But expect the average cruising speed to be closer to 30 km/h. When off-road the speed will drop even more. Lacking neutral steering, it might be difficult for the heavy tank to turn in urban environment. As such, the player should plan the route they want to take carefully and avoid flanking manoeuvres that will take a lot of time.
Ammunition
The T26E5 uses the same standard ammunition found in the other 90 mm M3 cannons. When first unlocked, the T26E5 will have an APBC(T33) shell as its default round. The APBC has decent characteristics, but since it doesn't have any explosive filler, it should be replaced by the APCBC(M82) shell as soon as possible. The APCR shot can be used to penetrate some heavily armoured vehicle such as the Tiger II (H), the Ferdinand or the Jagdtiger but the player should be aware of the poor post-penetration damage of the APCR projectile. Thus, the APCR should be used as a last resort against an already disabled tank. Additionally, the HE shell can be used to damage lightly armoured vehicles and the smoke shell can be used to provide smoke cover for teammates or to blind entrenched enemy tanks.
Pros and cons
<!-- Summarise and briefly evaluate the vehicle in terms of its characteristics and combat effectiveness. Mark its pros and cons in a bulleted list. Try not to use more than 6 points for each of the characteristics. Avoid using categorical definitions such as "bad", "good" and the like - use substitutions with softer forms such as "inadequate" and "effective". -->
Pros:

* Adequately armoured, capable of shrugging off shells fired by lower-calibre armaments
* 90 mm M3 cannon is a noticeable upgrade from the Jumbo's 76 mm M1 cannon
* APCR shell is able to penetrate most heavily armoured targets
* Weak spots are relatively small and difficult to hit
* Serves the same purpose and role as the preceding M4A3E2 (76) W Jumbo
* M82 has insane damage potential - either destroys in a single hit or severely cripples your target
* Frontal armour can, when properly angled, even shrug off the dreaded 88 mm shells fired by the Tiger II
* Stronger lower frontal plate than on the regular M26's
* Reverse speed is decently high and fairly responsive
* Strong mantlet armour, a true force to be reckoned with in a hull-down fighting position
* Decent zoom and relatively wide FOV in the gunner's sight
* Fairly quick turret rotation

Cons:

* 90 mm M3 is inadequate in uptiers
* M82 shot does not like sloped armour - bounces frequently
* Front armour is vulnerable to heavier weapons (such as the 122 mm D-25T and 8,8 cm KwK43)
* Increased armour makes the vehicle even more sluggish than the already sluggish M26 its based on
* Very low power-to-weight ratio - sluggish acceleration and low reactive mobility
* Average survivability
* Struggles when uptiered - its armour loses its value due to facing more potent ammunition and the mobility and speed is too low to keep up with the faster, more manoeuvrable cold war MBTs it can face
* Large muzzle break - expect your gun to be knocked out frequently
* First stage ammunition is stored upright in the turret - ammo detonations are quite frequent

The name is a rank rank American heavy tank Battle-rating. It was introduced in Update "Ground Breaking".

It is a American assault tank intended to be used like M4A3E2. It is based on M26 Pershing but with additional armour on the front and the turret. It's use the same gun as the M26, M3 90mm gun. Thus, This vehicle is able to effectively compete with late world war II vehicle even more than it's predecessor due to it additional armour.

General info
Survivability and armour
Specs-Tank-Armour
Frontal armour is quite strong, able to resist Panther's gun or even Tiger II's Kwk 43 gun if well-angled. On the other hand side armour can protect you to a certain degree when angled, closer toward the front side armor cannot protect you even from Weaker gun. and when un-angled any gun will punch right through your side armour. Notable weak-spot on this tank include Machine gun port, and a weird-looking bulge on the front of the hull. The other notable weak spot is lower front plate. With only 140-150mm Effective Thickness It is not able to resist even Panther's or Tiger II's gun and there as no Transmission to block shell as well.

The turret consists of variable thickness armour ranging from 89 - 198mm. In some place near the cannon breech can even reach 230-280mm. Turret front ranging from near the gun consists of 177.5mm Cast homogenous plate but because of volumetric shell, cannon breech and optics enemy shell might not penetrate through here and cause significant damage to crew members. There are not many weak spot on the turret except the rear and side rear as there is only 160mm effective thickness there and rear of 127mm effective thickness. Any shell hitting turret from the side or rear will most likely knock out all of your crew members in the turret. And as there are also First-stage ammo rack on the left side of the turret any shell hitting there have a high chance of ammunition explosion as well.

Cupola with it's 76.2mm can be penetrated and damage your gunner and commander by any APHE shell hitting there. But because of the small cupola size it's might be difficult to hit it in the first place.

Survivability is Average, you have 5 crew members like majority of the tank at your BR. But because of spacing a single large enough APHE shell such as IS-2 shell can one-shot all your crew members.

Armour type: <!-- The types of armour present on the vehicle and their general locations -->
Notes:

* Suspension Wheels and Tracks are 20 mm thick.
* There are steel boxes and few spare track on the turret that can block vision on some part of the tank and act as additional protection. <!-- Any additional notes which the user needs to be aware of -->
<!-- Example: * Suspension wheels are 20 mm thick, tracks are 30 mm thick, and torsion bars are 60 mm thick. -->

Mobility
Specs-Tank-Mobility

The T26E5 use the same power pack as on the M26 Pershing. Including the Ford GAF gasoline engine producing 500 hp. Which was proven to be underpowered for the M26 that weight over 41 tonnes, and when used with the T26E5 that weight over 46 tonnes It's would suffer even more from reduced performance, with abysmal power-to-weight ratio of only 10.7hp/ton. As such, It's maximum speed limit are only limited to 48 - 40 km/h. But expect average speed when travelling on-road to be 25-35 km/h and that is when not turning for a period of time. When off-road the speed will drop even more. Due to the lacks of neutral steering it's might be difficult to turn in urban environment. As such, Player should think about route they should take carefully and avoid flanking maneuver that would take them a lot of time to do so.
1
M3 (90 mm)

T26E5 use the same 90mm M3 as the M36, T25 or the M26. Once unlocked, the T26E5 will have APBC as it's default shell. The APBC have a decent characteristic but because it's doesn't have explosive filler It's should be replaced by APCBC as soon as possible. APCR can be used to penetrate some heavily armoured vehicle such as Ferdinand, Jagdtiger or Tiger II (H) but the player should be aware of the poor post-penetration damage of the shell. Thus, player should always aim to disarm the target first if they wish to use APCR. HE shell can be used to damage lightly armoured vehicle and Smoke shell can be used to provide smoke cover for player or teammates.
In the second part, tell the reader about the ground vehicle in the game. Insert a screenshot of the vehicle, so that if the novice player does not remember the vehicle by name, he will immediately understand what kind of vehicle the article is talking about. -->
The name is a rank rank American heavy tank Battle-rating. It was introduced in Update "Ground Breaking".
