The 3.7-cm Flak 36 auf Selbstfahrlafette Sd.Kfz 6/2 with its 3.7 cm cannon can easily dispatch any aircraft given the circumstances. However, its gun (with APHE ammo) can also make it a very good improvised anti-tank vehicle if push comes to shove against an enemy tank.&lt;br /&gt;

Because it is based on a simple truck, it has no armour anywhere and even machine guns can knock out the driver inside, and crew manning the turret is completely exposed. However, it can be surprisingly durable at times, mostly because of inexperienced players attacking it with AP/APCR ammo, and often targeting all the wrong places, like the Engine, Driver sitting inside, or edges of the turret armour. However, these attacks are a hit-or-miss as the hull-break mechanics mean that even a passing through AP round has the potential of utterly destroying the vehicle. The chances are worse if the enemy decides to sling over a chemical round for the explosion to do its deed. The mobility however is comparable to somewhere between a light and medium tank, and the chassis produces a favorable cross-country performance, so use this to get out of an area if spotted or being pursued.&lt;br /&gt;

Being an SPAA, this vehicle is designed to shoot down aeroplanes. It was originally designed to follow alongside convoys, so to be used with other vehicles of the type. Its gun has a relatively low rate of fire for an SPAA, however, its shells pack quite the punch. Being a 37mm cannon, should it get a good hit, it will likely down the plane. It also gets access to AP belts, which can be used against tanks. It can penetrate any medium or light tank of its rank (from the side/rear usually), but will flat out be out of luck against heavier opponents like the [[KV-1 (Family)|KV-1]]. However, hunting tanks are not its job which is why it is not the best at that.&lt;br /&gt;

There are 15 ammunition boxes strung about the bed of the truck. Two under the loader, three sitting on the tailgate, and the rest under the benches behind the driver. Most tankers won't bother trying to ammo rack you thanks to your exposed crew members, so bring as much as you want. However, near misses from aircraft and tanks alike could set off a box since they are kind of everywhere if you do take a full load, so follow alternate recommendation if one has concerns for this.&lt;br /&gt;

To use this machine to its fullest capabilities it is recommended to stay from areas of heavy combat, as you can be taken out very easily, especially by machine gun fire and HE shells. You should always stay behind friendly troops, but don't stay at spawn as it is most likely the first place enemy planes will go to drop bombs.&lt;br /&gt;

If you want to fight with the tanks, you'll definitely need to research APHE-only belts. However, the APHE's lacklustre penetration means this option is extremely limited and highly discouraged for a Sd.Kfz. 6/2 user. This is a tactic that should only be used as a last-stand measure against a flanking enemy that is unaware of the Sd.Kfz. 6/2's position. Avoid any open terrain, watch the battlefield situation carefully and wait, or use your speed to get out of any unfavourable battle condition. When the suitable target is spotted and in-range, it is a good idea is to reverse around the corner turned sideways, with your gun aiming at the expected enemy direction. This manoeuvre exposes only half of your turret and makes it possible to very quickly hide again behind the corner when needed. Your driver, engine and more than half of the vehicle remain hidden the whole time, meaning the chances of hull-break by kinetic shell would be reduced, but chemical shells would still finish off the tank upon contact. This kind of positioning also significantly shortening the exposure time and lowering the chance of being immobilised. When targeting tanks, aim at side armour of the hull and/or turret, or just hit any weak spots. Make sure the enemy is close by, generally less than 400 meters, as the aim dispersion and massive recoil of the gun can cause the shells to spray everywhere, a bad idea if wanting to take out the enemy as quick and precise as possible. Because of the driving compartment is in front of the gun means that when an enemy is straight ahead you have to manoeuvre so then your gun can fire at the target. Another con for this SPAA is the traverse of the 37mm gun which is quite slow for an SPAA and can be a major downfall to this vehicle.&lt;br /&gt;

Multiple variants were made for the FlaK cannon from the 3.7 cm FlaK 18/36/37/43. The FlaK 18 was the initial variant with a dual-axle mount. The Flak 36 was a simplified variant with a lighter single-axle mount, the FlaK 37 has a simplified sighting system, and the FlaK 42 was the variant made for the German Kriegsmarine for their surface ships and U-boats. The ''Sd.Kfz.6'' was a half-track designed in 1934 for the purpose of towing the 10.5 cm leFH 18 howitzer or 11 men in the back of the half-track, which could be covered by a canvas structure to protect the crew from the elements of nature. The vehicle was powered by a Maybach HL 54TUKRM 6-cylinder engine with 115 hp. Along with its use as a tractor for the 10.5 leFH 18 howitzer and other artillery pieces, the vehicle was to be used to tow heavy equipment for engineer units. Production was carried out by both Büssing-NAG and Daimler-Benz corporations. About 750 units were made during its production life until 1942.&lt;br /&gt;

In Arcade Battles, you should concentrate on destroying tanks and pillboxes first (if any) with your bombs, and use your offensive machine guns to destroy soft targets like armoured cars, artillery, howitzers and AA. In this mode, you won't need your air brakes since you can't break your wings and its easy to pull up from a fast dive attack, and it's recommended that you keep as much of your speed up from the dives so you are harder to intercept by enemy aircraft.&lt;br /&gt;

====Air Realistic Battles====&lt;br /&gt;
In Realistic Battles, you should keep your altitude and look for tank columns to attack. Once you've chosen which tank column you wish to attack (ground targets as far from the battlefield or enemy airfield as possible are recommended, so you are less likely to be intercepted). Once you are right over your intended target, set your throttle to 0% and point your nose at the at the tank you want to destroy (since you have no bombsight, there will not be a bomb-drop indicator like in Arcade, and you will have to guess where the bombs will drop) once you are nearing your target, you will have to deploy your air-brakes or you won't be able to pull up at high speeds (You can tell when you are reaching a high speed with the sounds that the air and wings make). Once you drop your bomb(s) point your nose up to pull up. At this point you may or may not have destroyed your intended target, but it is okay if you did not, you will get better at it with more practice, but you still have your offensive armament to destroy soft targets like AA or you can engage enemy fighters that are nearby (which is very likely).&lt;br /&gt;

Dog fighting the realistic battles with Ju 87 is a very difficult task if the enemy knows your advantages and disadvantages and uses them to his advantage. Head-on attacks should be avoided as much as possible, for you do not have the armament to risk it. Also recommended is that you stay low and slow in a combat situation with enemy aircraft (because the Ju 87 has bad control ability at high speeds) and try to get the enemy to engage in a turn-fight. If he falls for your turn-fight, you should end up on his 6 o'clock in 3-5 turns on most enemies, it really depends on if it's a British, American or Soviet plane, British being generally the better turn fighter. If he does not fall for your turn-fight, you are most likely going to go down...this plane is not a fighter plane.&lt;br /&gt;

==== Air Simulator Battles ====&lt;br /&gt;
In Simulator, the famous Ju 87 Stuka is a ground attacker/dive bomber that fits its roles well. Thanks to its center-mounted bombs (mostly) and effective airbrakes, it is safe to perform dive bombing at a very steep angle, increasing the bomb drops' accuracy. It is protected by a rear gunner controlling a single 7.92mm MG which can be lethal against early-war fighters. The Stuka's disadvantages include its low level speed, weak offensive armaments, and, just like most early-war aircraft, a framey cockpit. You can bring the least amount of fuel, since your bombs will run out after only 1-3 drops, and ground-pounding with the pair of 7.92mm MG is not very effective, meaning you might constantly return to base to rearm anyways. Note that it is not very recommended to bring the Ju 87 B2 into a higher EC bracket, since it can only deal with early fighters should they intercept the Stuka. Use later models for higher EC battles.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The classical dive-bomb manoeuvre in simulator is something like this: first climb to at least 1km higher than the target. Check the minimap to ensure you are tracking the right target. Due to the rather limited cockpit visibility it is better to fly to the target's side so you can see it through the glass between your nose and the wingtip, rather than flying straight above it and having it obstructed by the engine. Fly past the target while pitching up slightly so you can see it appearing behind the trailing edge of a wing root. Then comes the exciting part: extend airbrakes and perform a split-S, rolling and diving with the aiming reticle pointing right at the target. Soon the haunting hum of the Jerico trumpets will start filling the cockpit. You can quickly check your dive angle by scanning the graph on the right side of the canopy. The Stuka will wobble sideways, so carefully smooth down the rudder and make sure that the reticle is aiming at the dead centre of the target, especially if you are dropping small bombs in this dive. The steeper the dive, the less lead you need for the bombs, so it is your job to decrease/increase lead according to your dive angle. For the 50kg bombs, put the reticle somewhere at the upper edge of the target and release them. For the 250 kg, put it slightly above, and for the 500kg, drop it as the reticle slices through the top of the target. Pitch up immediately (do not pull all the way to the edge, flat spin is possible. Gently pull at most ~85%) and retract air brakes. The 2x 7.92mm offensive MG are only effective at destroying trucks, AAA, and howitzers.&lt;br /&gt;

In the hands of an experienced pilot, the Stuka can also turnfight certain fighters to some extent. Now it is quite challenging to deal some actual damage with your weak MG, but thankfully the Stuka is a stable platform even at low speeds (~250 km/h), allowing you to aim accurately without much wobbles.&lt;br /&gt;

* [[I-16 (Family)|I-16]]: this stubby little plane is commonly seen at low tiers. It turns amazingly well and has superior roll rate than the Stuka, so do not get into a dogfight with it. Rather, you can try going into a shallow dive to gain some separation between you two because the I-16 has low level and dive speed. If the I-16 pilot knows what they are doing, they might disengage since the I-16 cannot keep up with a diving Stuka. But a rookie pilot might try and follow you. the I-16 is very sensitive in controls thus unstable to aim, so they will take some time just to get the right lead. Use this time and put a burst of 7.92mm bullets into its huge engine with your gunner. In an emergency evade the I-16 has a chance to straight-up enter a flatspin. You can distinguish an I-16 if it has a short and fat fuselage of an I-15 with short wings followed by short stabilisers. The nose is big and flat.&lt;br /&gt;

The Ju 87 B-2 is very useful in tank realistic battles (where with combined arms tanks and planes fight together) as just two of the 50 kg bombs can disable/destroy a tank if the land on target. As one of the bomb presets carries 4 x 50 kg bombs and 1 x 250 kg bomb this is probably the best use for the Stuka as heavy armour is not necessarily met regularly at this battle rating. The 4 x 50 kg bombs drop first in groups of 2, so use them for light vehicles or SPAAs. If the target tank has no armour (eg. GAZ-AA, FlakPz I, etc), only drop one group of 50 kg bombs, whereas if they are light/armoured tanks, drop the two groups together. Then the single 250 kg can destroy anything and will be much easier to aim thanks to its larger fragment range. Dive at a target, extend airbrakes and gather speed up around 450 km/h (if too fast, cut throttle). Zoom in on the target and when it is twice as big as the mouse cursor, place the target close to the cursor than to the cockpit, and release the 50kg bombs. For the 250 kg, the aiming is similar: place the target a bit away from the cursor but also not at the middle of the cursor &amp;amp; cockpit. Though do not be afraid to use your machine guns for light targets as to save your bombs for heavier targets, when diving onto a target to fire your guns, aim for the top of the turret as this is the weakest part of any tank. The Stuka is quite a durable plane and can take quite a few hits before going down, thought it is rather quite a slow plane and this can be a disadvantage so make sure to watch your six for enemy planes and do not rely on your rear gunner to warn you when there is a plane behind.&lt;br /&gt;

Because of the lack of effective armour, it is highly recommended that you stay behind at spawn, keeping an eye out for aircraft. If you have the H-Pzgr modification researched, the option to engage some tanks presents itself. The H-Pzgr ammo belt can penetrate 64 mm of armour at 10 m, so flanking and shooting for lower side armour is possible. When you first unlock the vehicle it is a hopeless task to try and become an anti-tank SPAA, the default ammunition type is good for destroying light vehicles and planes. Once you research the H-Psgr ammunition belt you have the opportunity to become both anti-air and anti- tank. If anti-tank duties are chosen, beware of heavy tanks such as the KV-1. The minimum armour thickness you will face is 75 mm, so that puts completely destroying those heavy tanks out of the question. Avoid if at all possible, but if you can't avoid, aim for the cannon barrel and tracks to give you time to escape. &lt;br /&gt;

It benefits from a great turn rate, good frontal armament and great overall flying characteristics, making it an excellent air superiority fighter/dogfighter. The aircraft has a great turn rate of 16 seconds spaded, meaning that it can easily outturn most of the enemies it faces. As well, the aircraft has a great climb rate, on par with its most dangerous adversaries, which it can face. However, it also has some noteworthy flaws, which should be addressed before flying.&lt;br /&gt;

Firstly, the aircraft's Junkers Jumo 210E engine is quite underpowered, producing just 700 hp at takeoff. As a result, this plane will take longer to accelerate than most monoplanes it will face. In addition, the aircraft suffers from extreme rudder lock-up past 550 km/h, and it becomes a lawn dart past 650 km/h. As a result, extreme caution should be taken in any sort of diving attack, to prevent the aircraft from nosediving into the ground. Finally, the plane has no armour at all, so care should be taken to prevent the plane from getting hit.&lt;br /&gt;

The aircraft is armed with a pair of 7.92 mm MG 17 machine guns and a pair of 20 mm MG FF cannons. Overall, the He 112 B-1/U2 is very much like the Fw 190 A-1 in terms of wings, therefore you can play them the same. The He 112 was better at turning but had lower top speeds and worse agility than the Bf 109, resulting in the Bf 109 being ordered for full-scale production. However, the RLM still ordered Heinkel to produce 10 prototypes of the He 112 A-0 variant.&lt;br /&gt;

In 1936, the RLM amended their requirement, and ordered Heinkel to finish producing current A-0s and then develop an updated design. As a result, the He 112 B was developed, an aircraft that was able to compete with the Bf 109. The plane had many major changes, including a new tail, a bubble canopy and heavier armament of two 7.92 mm machine guns and two 20 mm MG FF/M Cannons.&lt;br /&gt;

The aircraft was flown at many airshows during the years of 1937 and 1938, and attracted many potential customers. The first orders came from Japan, which ordered them as fast-climbing interceptors capable of shooting down Soviet Tupolev SBs flying over China. However, they cancelled their orders after finding that the He 112 B was harder to maintain, and had a lower turning ability than their A5M fighters.&lt;br /&gt;

Its next customer was the Hungarian Air Force, which wanted to purchase 36 He 112Bs. However, due to a variety of mishaps, only three aircraft got into the country, and the order was promptly cancelled. The final, and only successful, customer was Romania, which ordered a full 30 He 112 B aircraft. By that point, the Second World War had broken out and no other nations were interested in purchasing the outdated design. As a result, the He 112 production line was closed after producing just 98 aircraft, of which 85 were B-series planes.&lt;br /&gt;

In June 1938, after a Hungarian delegation visited Heinkel Flugzeugwerke AG, the Ministry of War of Hungary declared that it was ready to purchase 36 Не 112 fighters. But this request remained unfulfilled. In early 1939, only four machines got into the country, and one of them crashed almost immediately during its demonstration flight. The Hungarians soon refused to purchase the rest of the aircraft, because they considered the Junkers Jumo 210 engine be obsolete and underpowered for the fighter, and Heinkel was not allowed to sell the aircraft's variant which was equipped with Daimler-Benz DB 600 engines. Projects to organize the He 112's licensed production in Hungary were also unsuccessful. The three He 112 B-1/U-2s that were purchased did serve in the Hungarian Air Force, but they did not participate in combat operations and were used only for training purposes. By 1944, they were discarded due to damage and wear.&lt;br /&gt;

In early 1939, the Romanian government signed a contract for 24 He 112Bs, to equip two squadrons of the Romanian Air Force. The first 13 aircraft that the Romanians agreed to take were He 112 B-1/U-2 variants with Jumo 210 Еа engines.&lt;br /&gt;

During the summer of 1939, Romanian pilots came to the Regensburg airfield in groups of 10. There, they were retrained and then flew the fighters back to Bucharest themselves. In the course of training, one He 112B crashed, but the Germans later compensated for this loss with a new machine. By early October, all fighters had reached their destination. They formed the 5th Fighter Group, which comprised two squadrons.&lt;br /&gt;

Soon after the first He 112Bs arrived, the Romanians performed tests to compare the German fighter with the IAR 80, a new machine of their own design. The comparison was not in the German plane's favour. The engine's insufficient power was revealed. The IAR 80, equipped with a 900 hp engine and a larger wing, had a maximum speed approximately equal to the He 112B, but it outperformed its rival in manoeuvrability, rate of climb, and service ceiling. In addition, it was easier to pilot. The He 112B's cannon armament was its only advantage, since the IAR 80 had nothing besides rifle-calibre machine guns.&lt;br /&gt;
