The A-10A is extremely effective in ground battles as long as it is used the right way. When in ground battles, you should use the A-10A's guided munitions like the GBU-8s or the AGM-65Bs. Because the A-10A is very slow for its battle ratting, it should stay far out where it can launch these fire-and-forget weapons without being threatened by most SPAAs. Many playrs will want to get close to be able to use its powerful GAU-8 cannon but it should only be used after have expended the guided munitions to clear out the enemy SPAAs.You can then use the ballistic computer for the cannon and fire at any ground target. Because of the GAU-8s high penetration and extremely high rate of fire, the rounds will manage to go through any tank even the heaviest armored MBTs.

'''Pros:'''

* Retains manoeuvrability with a heavy payload
* Exceptional roll rate
* Airframe can take a considerable amount of damage
* Deadly GAU-8 cannon
* High number and variety of suspended weapons
* Access to 2 x AIM-9L all-aspect missiles
* Extremely large amount of countermeasures

'''Cons:'''

* Very low top speed, making it an easy target both from the ground and in the sky
* Poor climb rate
Many players will want to get close to be able to use its powerful GAU-8 cannon but it should only be used after have expended the guided munitions to clear out the enemy SPAAs.You can then use the ballistic computer for the cannon and fire at any ground target. Because of the GAU-8s high penetration and extremely high rate of fire, the rounds will manage to go through any tank even the heaviest armored MBTs.

In Air battles the A10 is way less potent but still decent. It has two all aspect AIM-9L's, which can pull 30g and at 9.7 this is almost two guaranteed kills. After that it struggles because of its very low max speed of 642 kmh any jet can easily outrun it. You can get some kills with the GAU-8 but again as a plane you are outclassed at that BR because of its speed and low climb rate.

== Pros and Cons ==
'''Pros''':

* Retains manoeuvrability with a heavy payload
* Exceptional roll rate
* Airframe can take a considerable amount of damage
* Deadly GAU-8 cannon
* High number and variety of suspended weapons
* Access to 2 x AIM-9L all-aspect missiles
* Extremely large amount of countermeasures

'''Cons:'''

* Very low top speed, making it an easy target both from the ground and in the sky
* Poor climb rate
== Usage in battles ==
The A10 is extremely effective in ground battles as long as it is used the right way. When in ground battles you should use the A10's guided munitions like the GBU-8's or the AGM-65B's. This is because the A10 is very slow for a battle ratting of 9.7 so it should stay far out where it can launch these fire and forget weapons without being threatened by most SPAA's. Many people will want to use its powerful GAU-8 cannon but it should only be used after using the guided munitions to clear out the enemy SPAA's. Then you can use the ballistics computer for the cannon and fire at any ground target. Because of the GAU-8's high penetration, 102 mm., and extremely high rate of fire, 4200 rpm, the rounds will manage to go through any tank even the heaviest armored MBT's. <!-- ''Describe the tactics of playing in the aircraft, the features of using aircraft in a team and advice on tactics. * Extremely large amount of countermeasures

'''Cons:'''
